Approx 15.2hh, 10yo standardbred gelding. Gussy is a kind, sweet horse who just wants to please!!
Was raced up until June 2023. Gus is proving to be a great happy hacker/hunter, but has potential to be a great all rounder. He has been hunting and behaved impeccably, great with hounds and happy to stand with the field. Hacks alone and in company, happily rides and leads. Has been ridden by a competent novice. He has a lovely temperament and is a very easy horse to have on the yard. Gus has done a minimal amount in the school but is improving all the time. He is showing promise over a fence, placed 3rd at his first show jumping competition, popped round very happily and was beautifully behaved in the ring and warm up. He will continue his education until he leaves us, and price will increase with the more he does.
