Heartbreaking sale of this special boy so a 5* home needed as this is really hard for me. Oscar is a 15.2hh 10yo handsome skewbald gelding. Perfect hunting horse as this is what he most enjoys, i have hunted him for two seasons as a 14year old and 15year old. He will need a strong capable rider as this is favourite thing to do and he likes to get on with the job, however not once have i been hunting and felt unsafe on him. Will stand at the meet on the end of the buckle. Oscar will also stand for me to gates, whether on the ground or onboard, jumps anything out hunting. He has done showing with good results, fun rides and beach rides; i do believe he would be excellent at endurance. I have taken him xc training and done pairs and he has showed a willing attitude on both occasions. However, showjumping is NOT his favourite sphere. 100% catch, clip, teeth, farrier, and load. Gets on with all horses and lives in or out. Up to date with teeth and vaccinations. Potential for low level dressage as he goes on a natural outline and has 3 balanced paces. Will suit a confident rider as he is a strong horse but not unsafe in any way.
