For sale: 15.2/3hh 6 year old, Thoroughbred bay mare. Delilah is one amazing horse for the right person, she has elegant paces, is one lovely mover and has tonnes of potential for such a young horse. Hacks out brilliantly alone and more forward in company, has hunted several times and is not fazed by anything. Good to clip, shoe, bath, with dental and vet. With boxing, she is more than happy to load all day in and out of a side loading trailer (equi trek, is what we have) and she has always loaded in a wagon and trailer however, at the moment she is trying to push boundaries and get away with not going in, with persuasion and persistence she does go in. The only thing is is that she does prefer to back out of a trailer. Up to date with all vaccinations, teeth and is wormed. Great to catch. Can be excitable so not a novice ride. Working well on the flat, registered and eligible for ROR, i brought her into jumping myself and she is jumping well and showing great interest in it. Delilah can clear a 85cm course happily and has competed unaffiliated 95cm, she has cleared 1.15m single fences and has been entered in unaffiliated, local competitions in dressage and show jumping. She has been XC schooling several times and a hunter trial and loved it, she also has competed in an ODE and is coming home with a rosette each time in the show ring, (in-hand and ridden classes) she is showing great interest in it. However, Delilah needs a confident and older rider to further her to her full potential. Ideal showing/event prospect. For sale due to personal circumstances. Comes with tack at a negotiable price, (Fitted saddle).
