We have our 6 berth caravan to rent on Golden sands holiday park in Dawlish Warren.
Our wider 12 foot wide caravan has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The lounge sofa also makes up to a double bed for 6 people staying on the caravan. We are pet friendly so you can bring your dog with you. The caravan benefits from double glazing and central heating. There is a colour TV/DVD player and microwave. The caravan is based on a lovely holiday site which has a child's play area, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool plus a clubhouse with great facilities and entertainment.
There is also a site shop. Just outside the campsite there is a small supermarket and a great choice of takeaways and restaurants.
Golden Sands is less than 10 minutes walk from the beach. There is an amusement area close to the seafront with go carts and dodgems.
There are also many family friendly pubs and restaurants all within 5-10 mins walk from the site.
Dawlish Warren benefits from good transport links with bus services to nearby Dawlish and other towns. The train station is also within 5 minutes walk giving you a great way to explore the south west.
The area offers something for all the family. There is adventure to be found at Go Ape, Woodlands family theme park and the River Dart country park. Animal lovers will enjoy Shaldon Wildlife park and Paignton zoo. Steam railway enthusiasts will appreciate the Dartmouth Steam railway and South Devon railway. There are also several Manor houses and places of historic interest.
Prices are inclusive of water, gas, electricity and linen. Club passes if required would need to be purchased at the site reception at £12 per person per week.
A deposit of just £100 would be needed to secure the booking.
Outstanding balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to holiday.
