Compass Magnum 556 /2006 Air Conditioned.
This is a 6 berth caravan that has a layout perfect for a family with a large double bed across the front seats and fixed bunk beds at the rear. There is a further bunk bed at the side table area which doubles as single seats with a table for extra dining / activity purposes.
The caravan is in a very good condition and has had one owner from new. We purchased it at the Caravan show in 2006 and added a few extras as part of the purchase. It has Air Conditioning for those hot summer days, alloys wheels with locking wheel nuts and an extra plug socket inside for extra convenience by the sink. A sunroof above the main dining area provides excellent light and opens for ventilation.
The side kitchen area features a sink with drainer area,Thetford 3 way fridge with freezer compartment (Mains, Battery and Gas powered). A fitted cooker with 3 gas rings, grill and oven.
Truma blown hot air central heating and hot water systemoperates around the caravan that runs on mains electric or gas.
The bathroom has a Thetford cassette toilet and shower. It features a sink and vanity unit.
Under the bottom bunk at the rear is a large storage area that is accessed from a separate rear door and with the bottom bunk base lifted has enough room to store several bikes or whatever you need to store there.
All windows are functioning and have fly-screens and blackout blinds fitted including curtains. There are lots of storage areas under seats and in side cupboards suitable for food, toys and clothes. A wardrobe sits between the cooker and bathroom suitable for up to 20 hanging items. Worktop space for a free standing TV is situated above the cutlery and dining table storage area where you store your heavier items over the axle.
There is a full awning included (see photos) that includes a breathable ground sheet and a skirt for the caravan to cover the wheel. Pegs for grass and hard standing are included also.

Television aerial with 2 aerial points - outdoor light - fitted Sony CD/radio with 2 built in speakers - alarmed and CRIS registered - new leisure battery - gas bottle - electric hook up lead - Aqua roll fresh water carrier - wheel chocks - Winterhoff hitch and lock for security - smoke alarm (needs to be replaced) - step - towing mirrors and waste water carrier.
It has recently had a new spare tyre and a new gas bottle lead fitted. It has a full service history being serviced every year since new at the Caravan Hospital in St Hilary, Vale of Glamorgan. Service invoices can be provided.
Always stored on our driveway it has never been out of our sight. It does have a few dinks on the nearside from young ones opening car doors, but hardly noticeable.
A couple of lights inside ( that we've never used ) don't work but no loss anyway. Easily replaced.
This has been a superb caravan for our not so young family now and a new owner can benefit from it
