Hi This is our 2009 twin axel Caravan
We have owned this for about 2 1/2 years now,
In very good condition, Excellent external body work and very clean and modern inside.
All upholstery is good condition, the mattress isn't that old and we have put a new mattress protector on for the sale, Blow air heating, Large fridge freezer, Warm glow moonlighting in bedroom and lounge areas, Alarm, Full service history with all receipts etc, CRIS registered, LAST SERVICE 03/02/17 Full set new tyres End 2015 (low millage since) Large shower cubical (very big compared to most caravans) large L Shaped seating area that converts into double bed, Large table for dining, pull out larder unit, cutlery tray, lots of over head storage, lower shelving, Very good CD player/ radio with surround sound speakers, 2 TV points, one next to microwave that can be viewed from both bedroom or the lounge on swiel bracket or like us we have another TV for the lounge area. Pull up bed with lower compartment housing internal water tank and storage for external tanks etc, Swivel Thetford toilet, blow air heated airing cupboard, full length mirror in bathroom, modern basin, large Wardrobe, All windows have roller blind in GWO and curtains, All sky lights great condition, microwave and oven GWO etc.All keys etc, Smoke free owners
Sale includes alot of extras that you do not normally get with the caravan and have to buy separate.
inc, waste container, fresh water container, internal water tank, Pump connection for external tank, mains water extension lay flat hose with pump connecter to connect from tap to caravan, leg winder, water roller handle, Hitch lock and ball with key (insurance standard) Gas bottle (this is empty) Electric cable for mains electric on site,
Slight marks on door side at top due to we had a sun awning on the van, left a few dints (see picture) but there not really noticeable and the rest of the van is immaculate externally.
Please note we have removed the leasire battery from the caravan and this does not come with the sale due to our new caravan didn't have one and this battery was fairly new so we decided to keep it, but you can pick them up from any caravan store very easily, if buyer wants to see it working on battery we are more than happy to put ours back on to show all works fine.
We have really looked after this van in the time we have used it as did the first owner, its is very good condition and this shows. Selling due to we have bought a newer van now due to different layout needs. More pictures available and viewing is very welcome or any questions, please call Craig
