This 5-berth caravan may be 17 years old, but you would never know it from either the outside or the inside. There are a few marks on the outside, caused when a storm ripped up the guy ropes of the awning and some of the poles hit the side - the awning was damaged and, whilst I still have it, I don't think it is salvageable, so you are welcome to take it on the understanding that it is probably unusable.
Inside, however, it is pretty immaculate. It comes complete with all fixtures and fittings - Egyptian cotton bedding and duvets, crockery, glassware, cutlery, cookware, microwave oven, radio / CD player and even a flat-screen TV! There is a full-size cooker with 4-ring hob, grill and separate oven, a full-size fridge. I will include an Aquaroll, a Wastemaster and a clothes airer, as well as a mains water hook-up and a mains electric lead.
It has never been used for touring and, in the 4 years that I have owned it, it has been used for guests on no more than half-a-dozen occasions. There is a brand new battery and a virtually-full gas bottle. It seemed like a good idea when I bought it, but I'm getting too old to want to be cleaning it out after guests have left!

Problem areas: The TV aerial appears to not be working and the fridge works only on gas (which is preferable to electric anyway, as it runs completely silently). There is a water pump included with the Aquaroll, but I would recommend replacing it as it is pretty useless.
