This 32ft x 12ft cosalt resort is in impeccable condition with brand new upholstery and carpets throughout including the 2 bedrooms. The spacious lounge also has a pull out bed so this caravan can sleep 6 people.
We can also include 2016 site fees but we can also included 2017 site fees. Leaving no site fees to pay until 2018. It also gets better!! If you are thinking of doing a little bit of renting of your caravan then we can guarantee rental income to help towards the site fees for 2018 which would leave no site fees to pay until 2019!!!!
