Our stunning 37ft x 12ft Willerby is spacious and inviting.

The open plan living room with its wrap around 'L' shape sofa, gives you that added bit of space and it means all the family can spread out with their feet up.

Stunning Morden wood gallery kitchen with feature handles, a four burner cooker with separate grill, free-standing fridge, and microwave.

And that's not all, kettle, toaster, steamer, pots and pans etc. Are also all at your connivence to help you cook up a storm.

Don't be fooled into thinking with all that space it will be cold. With double glazing, warm air heating and a feature fireplace with a chimney breast in the living room it's easy to heat up.

This 3 bedroom 8 berth van also has a stunning double room with triple door wardrobe with integrated drawers at the bottom. Two bright and airy twin rooms with wardrobes in each. Should maximum capacity be met there is also a double pull out bed in the living area.

A large family bathroom with a heated towel rail to make sure every shower is warm and cosy as soon as you step out. The shower is also large with its glass sliding doors.

Never fear tho if someone is occupying the bathroom there is a separate toilet and sink so no one should ever burst for the loo.

On the outside we have a large, gated decking area with comfy seating and coffee table to enjoy a nice glass of wine outside watching the geese fly over and land in the lake.

THE PARK

Haggerston castle is set within a beautiful woodland setting with gleaming lakes and the sandy beaches of Northumberland are not far away.

On the park,

the facilities are second to non. There is a full size show bar with nightly entertainment, a Mash & Barrel bar/restaurant, Burger King, Papa Johns pizzeria, 2 heated indoor pools. A gym and spa which includes its very own jacuzzi and treatment rooms!

As well as all this there is a 9 hole golf course, boat hire on the lakes, and even a climbing wall and ariel adventure course!

This entire area is full of green farmland, long, winding golf courses and unique old castles, bridges and towns. Our park is a short drive from Berwick-upon-Tweed where you can discover more about the history of the region at Berwick Barracks. The eighteenth century barracks house an art gallery and military museum.

If you're willing to drive a little further you can find Northumberland National Park and the remains of Hadrians Wall. But if you're looking for something to get your heart pumping, you can also find attractions like East Links Family Park and Ronnie Dales 4X4 Driving School relatively close by.

AVAILABILITY

We can offer breaks of 3 nights (Friday to Monday), 4 nights (Monday to Friday) and 7 nights (Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday)
A £75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 10 weeks prior to your holiday date.

Please note: If you fail to pay the amount in full 10 weeks prior to your arrival, we reserve the right to re-hire the caravan, with the loss of your deposit.

We also reserve the right to retain any deposits should the holiday be cancelled.

A £75 damage/cleaning bond is also required, which is returnable usually within 24/48 hours of departure once the caravan has been successfully checked.

Our prices do not include passes to the entertainment complex; these will need to be purchased from the park at various prices dependant on the season and how many nights you stay.

No pets are allowed in the caravan at any time. Should pets be found present in the caravan at any time, you will be made to vacate immediately and no refund will be given. The same rules apply if you are found to be smoking in the caravan or evidence of anyone smoking in the caravan.
