I have for sale a Conway explorer 1997 model sleeps 8 not brand new and does have a few marks on nut it's waterproof and has done us well within the year of owning it you can have a shorter awning attached or the full length or can have a porch area it comes with

.toilet compartment with pockets we never put it up as use a table there
.electrics in the trailer tent with a trip box inside
.caravan legs Aswell as the trailer legs for extra support and the leg winder
.cooker grill and sink.with drawers and cupboards space to put all ur pots n pans

. Bag of pegs and clips to hang th inner linings up.
.1 pod top underneath so u can make another bedroom
