I bought this as a project to work on with a friend but they changed their mind soon after we bought it so I've done what I can to get it to where it is and now it's time to go to someone with some more time to give it the love that it needs.

We bought it a few months ago and it had been in dry storage since 2009, that said it started up fine with a charged battery. Since then it's been fitted with new brake pads and discs, it's had an oil change and new filter, new front shock absorber a new wheel bearing, a new spare tyre, new windscreen wipers, new ignition system and brake lines.
It now has an MOT until October 2017 and is drivable however it still needs another wheel bearing (current one very noisy but no actual play) and clutch cable (clutch is very low and sticky).
The body and engine are solid, the interior is in very good condition. 80,000 genuine miles on the clock and all of the paperwork to support the work I have had carried out.
It can take a while to start when its cold but it will always start, I've done many short journeys in it but nowhere far due to that annoying rumbling sound. The body work comes in that traditionally patchy and faded red colour, the worst affected area is the front nearside wing. The boot needs new hydraulic arms. It really won't take much to get this car in fully operational condition and will be a great little cheap runaround for someone who likes their classics. I pay £250 a year for classic insurance and it wouldn't be much more if it was my everyday car.
Viewing and test drive welcome, price is pretty fixed to cover as much of my costs with it as possible.
