Got it in October as a running project.. Since I then I have Serviced it with oil and filter.. The swinging arm has been powder coated and its been fitted with new bearings as well.. I've had the rear suspension out and gave it a good clean.. The rear brake caliper and the right front brake caliper has had new gaskets (left one was ok) I have changed the brake and clutch fluid.. I also fitted new sprockets.. The chain looked like new.. It had a bit of a intermittent starting problem that I sorted with a new starter solenoid. It will need a new rear tyre in a bit (still legal) and it has got a few age related marks (its not a new bike) But over all in a ok usable condition.. Its done around 38000 miles.. Engine sounds good.. and starts on the button, gearbox is smooth.. Reliable old lumps these.. I I also had the carbs of and gave them a good clean.. I did a round trip to Wales on Sunday and it never missed a beat.. Selling it simply because it's not my cup of tea and I have got myself another cruiser.. It's fast.. Keeps up with newer machines no problems.. Infact, dare I say that it probably would leave most of them behind.. Claimed a 147hp of the production line.. I also have fitted it with some dragbars for a more comfortable ride.. Original handlebars will come with it.. It's got a Micron silencer fitted wich gives it a nice note..
