Jess is a lovely natured mare, she's got a lot of potential but can be hard work to get it out of her. She schools nicely, has a fantastic jump but does need a bit of work over fillers as she is still getting her confidence over these, but we're getting there. I've done a lot of natural horsemanship with her, she takes to this so well and enjoys doing a bit of western riding or having a bit of a play in her rope halter both on the ground and ridden. She will hack sensibly alone or in company but it would help if her rider was confident as she can be nervy around large vehicles, that being said she is not silly about it.
She's up for loan 2 or 3 days a week at £10 a day. She's on full livery mon- fri during winter so it means no mucking out during the working week.
She means the world to me and I want to find someone who is going to love her and enjoy her, who is knowledgeable and can maybe help educate her though this last one is not a necessity.
I would prefer her loaner to have their own insurance and would be more than happy for you to come down with me for the first 3 weeks to see everything done with her -hacking, schooling, lunging, jumping, rope halter riding, the lot.
Jess isn't a big weight carrier so please no one over about 12/13 stone.
