Fun forward safe tb mare in Tonypandy

£1,550

Glory is a 9yo 16/16.1hh irish tb mare.
No lumps/ bumps/ medical issues / sarcoids etc. clean limbed & ready to have a summer of fun! Not your average tb, shes good bone to her and is well set.

Glory works well in all 3 paces. Glory does need a confident rider due to being a big mare, shes currently ridden by a confident novice 17yo girl. Hacks alone or in company, first or last, isnt fizzy if another is being naughty! Works in all 3 paces, snaffle mouthed at all times, fantastic breaks, Does potch about if stood still.

Glory hasnt done alot of schooling so will need some work there - shes been more of a happy hacker / fun ride. She will jump natural or coloured fences willingly although hasnt been pushed into big jumps just happily 2'3/6 so far although showing so much scope. Hacked on busy roads proving good in heavy traffic & through open fields / country side. Proving a safe sane forward ride.

Glory does have ground quirks hence her price - she will lift a leg however doesnt actually do anything. Shes grumpy in the stable and over her food i just leave her eat in peace and dont have an issue.

Glory does need muscle as only just coming back into work after being out all winter so will need to build more however we are working her a few times a week now and shes coming along lovely.

Glory does thrive in routine. She is a quirky mare and is NOT for a novice due to her size and ground quirks but someone that has confidence shed be fantastic. She isnt nasty and is a sweet girl,
Halters, leads, loads, travels, ties up, stands to brush/ tack/untack etc. as i say - she does lift a leg but doesnt do anything. Last seen farrier 10/04/24 (front shoes) & last wormed 29/03/24.

Price reflects her ground quirks and the current market not her potential and ridden attitude. Perfect fun forward but safe ride ready for a summer of fun!
