The laminate worktops are also included + an extra 2m length used as breakfast bar with no cuts.

There is one tall larder unit, 6 base units and 5 wall units. Exact sizes are: 1x 40cm base, 1 x 50cm base, 1 x 60cm base, 1 x 60cm oven housing, 1 x 50cm drawer base unit. 1 x 90 corner base unit; 1 x 40m wall unit, 1 x 50cm wall unit, 2 x 60cm wall units, 1 x 60 extractor fan and housing, 1 x 60cm heating boiler wall cabinet.

The sink and tap is included and all pelmets and cornices. The kitchen is in very good condition and everything works.

The kitchen has now been taken out and is ready for collection to anyone who is interested.
