Update 6th August: Just one male left.

'If she thinks she's separating me from you, she's got another thing coming,' said our loving Border Collie Wei Lo. 'I'll meet you round the back of the cow shed in five minutes,' she arranged.

'We'll make it quick,' dad Jack responded. 'They'll never know we're missing.'

And we didn't - until the tum grew bigger and bigger. That 'quickness' produced 4 flawless tri-colour puppies who are now looking for their perfect new home once they turn 8 weeks of age on 14th August.

Two boys and two girls, we have nicknamed them Harmony, Africa, Malachai and Cobain.

Both parents are tri-colour Border Collies of exquisite nature and temperament (no hyper behaviour here) and dad Jack is the most handsome working Collie I have seen with two ice blue eyes and a big grin.

Puppies from their original litter 4 years ago have turned out to be healthy, loving and of faultless temperament making the ideal family pet. Several have proven ability in Flyball in England.

Border Collies are an incredible breed as their quick intelligence and willingness to please make them very easy to train and they can adapt to both town and country. Many people are never able to have any other breed once they have a Border Collie and they are perfect for people who love to play, have fun and exercise.

Our puppies have the best start in life and are born into doggie paradise on the farm. They are very well handled and will be exceptionally well socialised to include children, other dogs, horses, cows, sheep, machines and tractors.

They will come to you knowing the word 'Toilet' and 'Come' and will have already been introduced to the car so their first time in the car is not when you take them away. They will also have spent time on their own to help make the transition into their new home all the easier. They will also have a puppy blanket with their mum and siblings' smell to help them settle in, a bowl, puppy feed and paper towel in case of accidents.

We absolutely believe that the right people find our puppies and we are very strict in our approach, which I make no apologies for as it is vital that these wondrous beings go to the right home.

We therefore ask that you let us know a little about yourself when you call and it is essential that you have a garden in your home.

You do not have to be an experienced dog owner if you show love and a caring attitude. We are here to help you as often as needed before and after your pup leaves and will happily answer any questions you have.

We encourage you to bring your whole family when you visit and you are also very welcome to visit frequently until it is time to take them home. And do let us know what you would like to name them, so we can get them used to their new name too. Until then, they have their very own dedicated Facebook page with regular updated photos and videos.

We are conveniently located for Glasgow, Edinburgh and the Borders by being just 15 minutes off junction 11 of M74 through the town of Douglas.
