Sadly, the partner of our guinea pig died a couple of days ago and they were very close. I am in need of a guinea pig- the vet suggested a male one- of around the age of 2-4 years old as she is 3. They are very pampered and have a two floor run in the garage (not used for cars, and never has been), and they have a run and access to treats every day. Preferably it would be loud and playful, as the left over guinea pig (the Abyssinian one in the pictures) is a follower and needs someone mischievous to bring her out of her shell! If you have a male guinea pig you no longer want- this would be perfect! She is a very sweet and gentle piggy, and should adapt well.
