Swimming from birth stimulates the brain and develops muscles in a safe, relaxed way and water is a familiar environment that babies love. Fun and innovative our courses are highly structured with unique surface and underwater skills taught by fully qualified instructors.

We teach little ones to swim from birth - 4 years old. We swim in Holywood, Belfast, Bangor, Newtownards, Newtownabbey, Armagh, Dungannon and Lisburn.
