Hello Everyone
My name is Milena I am personal trainer that I gave all my time and passion to help women pre - post birth to feel BETTER.
I will be your mental guide and fitness trainer.
My experience start when I was young studying and practising ART therapy and Gym classes, then I got my Diploma at London South Bank University in integrative MIND-BODY THERAPY.
Being a mother I went trough all WOMEN S ISSUE and I found a good reason to be an Helper in terms of " feelings and health "
I BELIVE THAT A BALANCED LIFESTYLE WILL PROVIDE THE BEST HEALTH RESULTS.
