Woodlanders Football Club - Players Wanted 2024 - 2025 in Huddersfield

Woodlanders FC is having a brilliant season and looking to build teams on the back of our success. We are recruiting players for:

Wildcats/Squad Girls (Aged 7 - 15): These are the casual football players in our club who just want to play a bit of footy. Competitive sessions are made to allow the players to enjoy the sport of football.

U6 - U8 Players: These represent building the club for the future We welcome all players boys or girls of all abilities.

U9 Players: Team that has been in development all season gaining experience through friendlies and League play where possible. Looking to get a quick start in tournaments leading to a successful competitive season.

U10 Players are composed of players of all abilities and good experience with league competitions. We are looking to recruit players to expand an already successful team.

U11 Players: We are welcoming players into our league Vase Competitions Championship team of all-girls or our mixed team building on the success from this season. Both teams are having success this season and want to build on this through the tournament season into the next league season. We are welcoming players to build our Sunday League presence and to build a strong presence in Saturday League as well.

U13 All-Girls Team: A newly formed team having success through the season. Looking for players who want to contribute to progressing this success in the tournament season and next league season.

U14 All-Girls Team: A team with a strong core of players expanding to create a competitive league team for 2024/25. Welcoming players of a good standard wanting to compete in league competition, or new players interested in learning the sport in casual football to progress to league competitions.

U15 All-Girls Team: A new team to be formed to gain experience to progress to our open-age team the following season. Welcoming players of all abilities to build up to a good league standard for the following season gaining experience through friendlies and league competition.

Open Age Ladies Team: We are recruiting experienced players, returning players, and new sports players for teams for next season's open age competitions. Formed this year and currently top of their table. We have a good mix of experienced players to players just taking the sport up this year.
