"I am a PhD student over at the Addenbrookes site investigating the properties of naturally occurring substances in human blood vessels and heart and need some healthy volunteers and volunteers with COPD (chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) for my studies starting in September. These studies would involve a 3 trips to Addenbrooke's, 2-3 hours of time each visit, on the first a tiny needle in the elbow, some blood samples and blood pressure measurements and on the second and third, a needle in the arm and measurements of heart function and blood pressure measurements. There is a payment for expenses and time. I would like to recruit as many people as possible - so please contact me via email/telephone.
