We use Structuraly graded timbers to C16 or C24 grade.
Frame timbers are 47 x 75 set at 600mm apart 2.2m high panels.
Trusses are 47 x 75mm with 900mm overhang or more to reqirement
Lined and front gutter.
Shiplap cladding 4th Redwood 19 x150mm nominal size.
Kickboards to 1.22m high 15mm thick (OSB 3 grade.)
Stable doors are 48mm thick (solid ) 1.22m wide with all standard door furniture. Front window, Sliding.
Corners dressed with galvanized steel angle for safe protection.No wood to pull off with nails poiting up.
Coach screwed together in all panels and trusses.
Onduline roof and galvanized steel ridge.
Fixed to concrete base through brick behind kickboards as standard with 250mm x 10mm bolts.
ALL WOOD IS TANALIZED TREATED. and GRADED.
