Homeseeker Mobile Timber Lodge- 20' wide x 31' long - 2 Bedroom

This lodge was purchased two years ago whilst we were building a house and is now no longer needed. The inside was re-structured to create 2 bedrooms and an open plan living area. It was completely re-wired with a new electric boiler installed, which runs the heating and hot water and can be controlled by a mobile phone app.

Details of the lodge
This well insulated mobile timber lodge is approximately 20' wide x 31' long. The covered veranda area uses 6' of the 31' length and is ideal for extra storage space and sitting out on sunny days.

The lodge is approached by wooden steps up to the veranda. A new kitchen was fitted, with a sink, an integrated single oven cooker, a ceramic hob and a dishwasher. There is an American fridge freezer fitted which may be purchased separately. To the far right the of the sitting room is access via a bi-fold door to Bedroom 2, perfect for a small double bed or would suit bunk beds. Immediately next to this room is Bedroom 1, which takes a double bed, small wardrobe and chest and a bedside table and has a door leading to outside. A large storage area accessed by double doors is fitted in the far wall of the sitting room. To the far left of the sitting room is access to the utility room containing the boiler, with space for coats, boots and a laundry area for a washing machine. There is a washing machine that can be offered with this sale. The utility room leads to the bathroom, with a shower over the bath and a wash basin set in a unit. The lodge is in good condition throughout and has been well looked after but would benefit from redecorating internally and a new coat of wood stain externally.

Outside wooden panelling has been fitted around the bottom of the lodge to cover the wheels and the underneath which will have to be removed for transport, this is not included in the sale but can be available by separate negotiation.

Transport
The lodge splits into two lengthways for removal and there are towbar hitches at the front and rear of both sides. We are happy to provide details of the transport company that delivered and setup the lodge in situ here.

All services will be disconnected ready for removal on agreement of a date

All fixtures and fittings inside are excluded unless otherwise specified. Nothing outside the lodge is included other than the access steps with fitted railings.
