1. Catalogue Distributors

Their role is to deliver and collect catalogues to homes around local area
Deliver orders to the customers
Provide an excellent customer service
Show consistency, reliability, and persistence
Be able to work on their own
Be teachable
Age 18+
No car necessary
Full training and support given


2. Team Leaders

Their role is to look for and recruit catalogue distributors to develop a team
They will also look for other leaders to create an effective team
Support and encourage team members
Work with others to train people
Be consistent, patient, reliable and persistent
Be able to work with a team
Be teachable
Age 18+
