Full time Room Leader Required Nurse required for a 61 place day nursery in central Farnham, Surrey.
Applicants must hold an up to date and recognised Level 3 childcare qualification and experience working with under 2's is essential.
This is a full time position, with the nursery open between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday throughout the year, closing for bank holidays and the Christmas period.
The position will be based in the baby room working with children under 18 months old to start in January 2015

Our nursery has a small team full of professional happy staff that have a passion to work with young children. This is a demanding job that requires staff to be hard working and reliable, however it is a very rewarding job to see the children grow and flourish in your care. You will be expected to work as part of a team and use your own initiative to ensure the nursery runs smoothly whilst providing high quality care to all children. You will need to be a good communicator and able to build strong relationships with parents, children and visitors to the nursery.
The nursery looks after children aged between 3 months and 5 years old and you maybe required to look after all age ranges during your employment.

To be able to apply for this job you must have:

A NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.
A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and be able to use this to plan activities for children
Awareness of planning, observing and record keeping for young children and the ability to link these to the individual child's needs.
