Giggles Nursery are looking for an enthusiastic, fun and reliable Individual to join our team.

The applicant will need to be outgoing, friendly approachable, helpful and caring.
The applicant will also need to be qualified to at least a level 3 in childcare/equivalent and have knowledge of EYFS.

Nursery Nurse Duties are as follows:-

- Follow the guidelines set out by EYFS
- Be aware of and act in accordance with all relevant current legislation and ensure that all policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to at all times.
- Promote children independence.
- Encourage children's development in a positive manner.
- To be able to identify and report safeguarding issues.
- Act as a key worker to a small group of children working closely with parents / carers and ensuring each individual child's needs are recognised and met.
- Record regular observations of the children and activities.
- Help to keep the nursery a clean and tidy environment.
- Take part in events, visits and outings.
- Attend any staff meetings and training that is required.
- Any other duties that the manager sees appropriate for your role.
