We are recruiting for two enthusiastic and professional Nursery Nurses and a Room Leader to work for a stunning nursery in Ruislip with a friendly atmosphere.
Our client is looking for professional, enthusiastic, and confident practitioners who can offer the best standards of care, learning, and emotional warmth to the children and families of their setting.

We require the following staff:
Room Leader (2-3's)
Experience & Skills Required:
Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Minimum 1 year room leader experience
Minimum 2 years' child care experience
Experience in the EYFS
A high degree of professionalism
A keen interest in developing your childcare management career.
A knowledge of safeguarding practices and the EYFS curriculum
Supervisory experience for management roles
Previous toddler room experience and leadership skills for the toddler room Leader
Salary: dependent on experience
Nursery Nurses
Experience & Skills Required
Qualified NVQ Level 3 or equivalent or must be working towards level 3 NVQ
Minimum 1 year childcare experience
Have experience of working with children
Be passionate about working with early years
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Understanding of EYFS
Possess leadership qualities
Good communication skills
Ability to use own initiative, share ideas and be innovative
Able to work as a part of a team
Salary: dependent on experience
