HEMCO are currently looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced, highly motivated Controls Systems Design engineer, with a minimum of HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, looking to develop their career within a small company that has an enviable reputation for quality engineering solutions.
Essential skills include electrical control system design, PLC, HMI/SCADA programming, AC & DC Drives, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office set, practical knowledge of control systems design, build, wiring and testing. The successful applicant will need the ability to liaise and discuss detailed technical projects with clients both at our offices and on site, prepare detailed project quotations and job costings, and may be required to test/maintain/commission these projects, mostly within the UK and occasionally abroad.
