GIGsoup is a cutting edge music website. We aim to deliver quality journalism (album and EP reviews, gig reviews, interviews and general music based articles) to our thousands of readers from all over the globe. We concentrate on the Indie, Rock, Folk and Electronica genres mainly but have also been known to dip our toe into the more obscure music-fields.

We are looking for enthusiastic music bloggers, writers and reviewers to provide content for the site.

We can arrange gig tickets and LP's for review (please note that these are watermarked) so that you have the materials available from which to review.
We're looking for individuals who can review albums and EP's, gigs and even provide interesting articles about new releases, tour news etc.

Responsibilities...
Have a real passion for writing and have an interest in the genre of music you write about
Have an interest for music and the music business
Be reliable and committed to music journalism
Be able to deliver interesting reviews and / or articles
Be able to construct coherent articles that engage an audience
Writers can be based anywhere
