Reporting to the Head of Conferences, as a Conference Producer you will be responsible for producing and managing these events from start to finish. This process is made up of various stages and requires a broad skill set and a strong commercial awareness, to push these products to achieve high profitability.
An entrepreneurial attitude is very important. Each conference is a business in its own right, so you need to keep a handle on costs and push ideas for revenue generation
Typically you will spend 5 weeks producing a conference, following a production schedule or cycle, and then up to 22 weeks managing the marketing/sales campaign and performance.
