I am looking for a reliable individual or couple to help me around the house a couple of hours a week to begin with (preferably Fridays)

The help around the house would include: - cleaning, hoovering, dusting, mopping floors, changing beds etc and perhaps a little bit of tidying in the garden. This job would perhaps suit a retired person or couple.
