Energetic - Positive - Personal Assistant required for a 36-year-old lady who has multiple disabilities.

We are looking for individuals to make up a team of PAs for a total of 33 hours per week. This not a full-time position, but additional hours may be required to cover holiday and sickness.

Must be able to drive and be over the age of 18 years old.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake training and a full DBS check.

Hours include:
Monday 9-2
Wednesday 5-7
Thursday 9-7
Friday 9-7
Sunday 9-2

*Please note some of these hours are flexible so please do get in contact to discuss further if you meet the criteria.

Salary is based of PAYE.
Self-employed is also available, price can be negotiated at interview.

ABOUT YOU:
For this position you need:
> To be a quick thinker in situations that can be unexpected.
> Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
> Have strong organisation skills and have attention to detail.
> Be able to have a calm nature due to the employer being neurodiverse.
> To be a driver and non-smoker (employer has allergies)
> Be able to understand that the employer is looking for someone with a caring nature and that they need care and are not just a number or a job.
> Be able to take direction and listen to what the client needs.
> Willing to be flexible and learn new tasks as well as following a routine.

Duties
- Provide personal care assistance to the client, including bathing, dressing, grooming,
- Assist with mobility and transfer, including using assistive devices and techniques.
- Assist with medication
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, blood sugar readings and temperature.
- Assist with meals
- Perform housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, stripping and making beds, hovering, and dusting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
-Accompany to appointments.
-Help with note taking during studies.

We are looking for someone to help the employer with their health needs, cooking, housework, shopping, trips out, hospital appointments, pet care (1 small dog), and anything else to assist with their day-to-day living. Intimate care is not required but personal care is.

The employer is also studying so you may need to assist them to corporate offices, to conduct interviews, and shoot videos for socials. (A social media enthusiastic is a bonus)

Due to the employer liking to have days out which can include walking, we are looking for someone who is physically energetic.

Salary: From £14.00 per hour
