Job Title:Service Co-ordinator
Location:Manby, Lincolnshire
Salary:£18,500 OTE

Clarriots Care are a UK based Health & Social Care organisation providing a range of care and support to people within their own homes and to other organisations. The company has also recently launched our franchise business and are working to become one of the UK's leading Care Franchises. Due to continuous growth we require a talented sales executive to join their successfully expanding team.

The primary role of the Service Co-ordinator is to co-ordinate the arrangement of care and other services to our clients. You will be expected to take responsibility with arranging and communicating staffing resource in order to effectively meet the needs of our customers, managing the referral process, conducting interviews, inducting new team members and motivating the team. You must be adaptable and excellent at relating to people.

Responsibilities include:

Customer service and support;
Communicate regularly with customers, resolving queries and assisting with support as required;
Provide an enjoyable experience of Clarriots Care through clear communication, a cheerful attitude by being polite and professional;
Ensure that our customers support is delivered on time regularly and that they are informed of any changes;
Recognise complaints from customers, representatives and employees, and report such complaints;
Maintain thorough and accurate records for all telephone calls and correspondence including incidents, accidents and safeguarding concerns;
Create rosters and schedules to organise service delivery to our clients;
Assist in recruiting team members and building up teams of staff;
Motivating our team and provide key support to retain and empower our team;
Ensure team members are appropriately trained prior to service delivery;

We are looking to expand our service delivery coverage across Lincolnshire and we are seeking Service Co-ordinators to assist in co-ordination services across this area.
