Premier Houseboats are pleased to present Grenaa-way, a danish trawler which was tastefully converted but has sadly once again become a project over recent years. Grenaa-way has had the wheelhouse extended to create a good sized kitchen/dining area, with plenty or work surface and storage.
Steps lead down to the lounge area, a good space with log burner as well as gas central heating, with a large hatch allowing access to the main deck. There is a shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet. There is also a large double bedroom with built in raised double bunk.
Outside there is an extensive deck area that is currently covered by a tarpaulin.
Grenaa-way now needs a refit internally, and some work done on both the deck and the hull.
She does offer a tremendous amount of space and character, and could once again become a comfortable and characterful home. She has been drastically reduced in price, and is ideal as a long term project to restore, or to remove and secure a mooring for another boat of the same size.
