Stage, Corridor and 2 bedrooms - additional heating circuits available at manifold to install underfloor heating throughout, raised floor 300mm Jablite polystyrene insulation, 5/2 timber frame with 100mm Jablite polystyrene insulation, lowered ceiling with 160mm soundproof rockwool bats, 100mm Jablite polystyrene insulation in aluminium hatches above and 12mm plywood face
