Premier Houseboats are pleased to presend Supaae, a broom Trans Ocean 37 in superb condition both for cruising and living.
Supaae is moored on a secure residential mooring and offers comfort and space, and has been well maintained both internally and externally.
The accommodation is extremely well laid out, maximising the space available and offering comfortable living.
The aft cabin is an excellent size, with a double berth, lots of storage, a cubicle with sea toilet and a hand basin.
Stairs from the aft cabin lead up to the cockpit, a good area with canopy which can be taken down in good weather, either way a good upstairs lounge area. Stairs lead down to the main cabin which again provides good living space. There is a comfortable seating area with moveable table, and plenty of built in storage. There is a built in DAB radio, and lots of lights and electric points.The galley again has plenty of storage, a built in fridge, built in microwave, and an integral gas oven with three ring gas hob.
There is a shower cubicle, which also houses a second sea toilet, hand basin and again has storage areas. Forward is a further double cabin, with two single berths with more storage.
The navigational equipment includes GPS, auto pilot, Navtex. chart plotter, fish finder, depth sounder and navigation lights. The two Ford diesel engines provide plenty of power for coastal and inland cruising.
Externally, Supaae has good outside space, and also has a swim platform, ladder and davits. Supaae was out of the water in 2014, when she was antifouled, polished and had new anodes fitted, and there is also a full survey from 2014 available.
Supaae offers affordable but comfortable living, and the ability to cruise if needed, and is a fine example of a cruising home.
