THE KEYS and car pass available AT 12.30 we also give you till 11am before you have to leave the caravan on your leaving day
Beds will made ready, so you have all Saturday afternoon to wonder round and get you bearings.
Also long weekends available in June, September on wards from as little as £75 a weekend

I have some offers for people wanting longer stays than a week starting prices from £50 per weekend and £150 per week from Feb to March then we charge 35% less than the caravan park


The Caravan has three bedrooms, one double and two twin bed rooms, with a sofa bed in the lounge.
Kitchen/diner with all amenities required for your stay. Shower room and separate toilet. We provide all bedding - including quilts and covers, we just ask you to strip the beds and leave the caravan as you found it when you leave. Travel cot available upon request.
it is a very clean caravan and the owner over see's all off this.
Winkups is located on the main Towyn road and in the centre of all the main attractions.
On site there is access to the beach via a bridge, a local convenience store, fish & chip shop, laundrette, amusements, Kiddies play area, swimming pool and club house.
Across the road from the site is the Tir Prince where you will find the Fun fair, Horse and banger car racing, the local market and carboot are also held regularly throughout the week.

We take Long and short bookings I have some dates left for December.


Holiday's can start from 1-2 weeks, weekends, along with short mid week breaks also available we also do long weekend breaks, But sorry no short breaks during bank holidays and the main holiday time July / August
My rates are cheaper than site prices. All members of your holiday party and pets must made clear to the owner when booking.
All holidays is to be paid in full on the start of your holiday.

Single sex groups welcome but a £100 Re-fund able deposit will be required and will be refunded on inspection off the the caravan.

Your £50 deposit will become your BREAKAGE BOND RETURNABLE ON INSPECTION THIS IS TAKEN AS A BOOKING DEPOSIT TAKEN AT TIME OF BOOKING WITH THE BALANCE PAID ON YOUR ARRIVAL MY PRICES ARE A LOT CHEAPER THAN OTHER CARAVANS. NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED INSIDE THE CARAVAN. WE REQUEST THAT PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE BEDS.
