WANTED
We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children - aged 8, 10 and 11) relocating from Dorset to Porthcawl at the end of July. We are looking to rent a 3/4 bed house as close as possible to Porthcawl Primary and Secondary schools (or Newton or Nottage). We both work for the NHS and have great references from work and current landlord. We dont however, have a great credit rating or a guarantor and we will be job searching on arrival. What we do have is a deposit and 3 months rent in advance for anyone looking for a long term family to rent their porperty. We both work for the NHS and finding a job on arrival will be easy (qualified nurse and therapist). We want to have the summer off and get our 3 girls settled into local schools first. We do have a cat (although he will be an outdoor cat with no damage to any property). We would love a nice garden and parking for at least one car. Our budget is £650-700pm for a 3 bed but willing to pay a little more for a fourth bedroom.
