We're an easy going couple looking for a housemate. We both work full time and weekends keep us pretty busy.

We have a double room for rent in our 2 bed ground floor flat. The room comes with a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with two drawers each and a single wardrobe.

Our kitchen has all you need including a dryer and dishwasher. The rent includes all bills including wifi, NowTV, Amazon Prime and Netflix. Parking is also available onsite if needed.

We're in the process of redoing our garden hence why I've not added any pics of our outdoor space.

There is a local bus service to and from Brentwood station. There are a few good pubs within walking distance and a co-op just around the corner.

The rent is £500 pcm and £250 deposit.
