My name is Sara, I am 22 and I own a beautiful house in Briton Ferry. Due to recent events, I am living in this house alone and have one un-furnished double room which is available to rent. The room is situated at the back of the house so it is quiet and has beautiful view over looking the garden. The room is un-furnished as I understand that some people would prefer to bring their own furniture however if this is not the case, I am willing to purchase a bed, chest of draws and a wardrobe.

I don't smoke, I work full time in Swansea University and I have two kittens. Smoking will not be permitted inside of the property.

The house is situated in a very good location - close to the m4 , in walking distance to shops, and an accessible railway and bus station within a 2 minute walk.

I am looking for somebody who's easy to get along with, tidy and respectable. I enjoy socializing, going for walks and and going to the gym.

Rent: £400 pcm (all bills included)
(Rent can be paid weekly or monthly)
Bond: £100

I will also provide a written lodger agreement that will be produced by the Guild of Residential landlords for anyone that has any concerns.
