You have your own private toilet and shower room which is separated from the double bedroom as the room is on the 1st floor of the house.

Spacious living room with TV, nice garden at the back of the house, dining room and kitchen and patio. There's also an on-street parking and quiet neighbourhood.

Broadband is also available. All bills are included.

We live in the house, we are both professionals and working long hours.

We welcome single person for £300 per month and couples as well however the rent would be £400 per month.
