The perfect room for you and it is only £90 a week and its available from 27th June. Its a 5 bedroom house and there is a large bedroom available. The room has a double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and other storage places and more can be added if needed. And a viewing can be booked if you would like. The landlord pays for the internet and there is also a bills inclusive package available for just £18 which include gas, water, electricity, TV licence, etc. There is a plasma TV which the TV licence is included in the £18. A fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge, large freezer, dining table/chairs and cupboards.
There is also a large garden and parking if you're a driver. Its a safe location and most supermarkets, like Asda, Lidl, B&M, Iceland, etc., are just a 10 minute walk away. Canterbury Christ Church University is only a 15 minutes walk, 20 minute walk into town and there are plenty of bus stops around if you need to travel further. Housemates currently living at the house are very friendly and clean and are either second year students or at Canterbury college.
