My background:
I'm a French native speaker from Brittany, with a 12-year experience as a language assistant in secondary schools; with an English Literature and Civilization degree from the French university or Rennes; and with a Masters in English with Culture and Tourism from the French university of Nancy.
My relevant modules included: translation, traductology, linguistics and intercultural communication

Prices:
I would normally charge £20 per hour.
Translation work is highly variable, so quotes may depend on the nature, complexity and the required standard of the job. For instance, translating a CV may be a more complex job as it requires meticulousness; specialist vocabulary; and adaptation to French CV criteria. However, translation of simple directions, or an informal letter or phone call would demand less time and effort; and therefore would cost less.
I enjoy translating and being able to take pride in my work. So I aim to provide good value quality translation.
