Harry Sardinas was born in socialist Cuba - a paradisiacal poor country in the Caribbean Sea. After finishing his degree in Chemical Engineering in Havana, he emigrated from Cuba to Spain and worked for five years in Madrid as a webmaster and project manager.

Feeling frustrated and trapped in his office job at the age of 29 with hardly any money and contacts, he decided to start all over again and move to London . With very poor English language skills he started his employment in London as a bartender in an English pub. He however had taken a decision that would change his life forever.
