Professionally run Livery Yard offering high standard of Full Livery 5 / 7 days per week ( 5 day livery to include weekend feed, rug change and turnout).

* 12 by 12 permanent stables, automatic drinkers, hay-bars and tack-tidies. Rug rails and and fold-able saddle pegs.
* All bedding. Shavings or Straw
* Good quality Haylage/Hay
* Mixer feed included ie. Chaff, Fibre beet, sugar beet.
* Separate Tie up / wet area for farrier and bathing
* Hot wash. Solarium ( to be added)
* Horse walker (to be added)
* Secure Tack Room
* Toilet /shower and changing room, refreshment facilities
* All Paddocks electric tape fencing
* Mares and gelding separated ( unless separate mixed paddock required)
* Hard standing gate areas
* Starvation paddocks
* Worming Programme
* All individual needs catered for
* 60m x 30m floodlit all weather arena with showjumps
* Xcountry jumps to be added 2017
* Excellent hacking and access to off road

Charges :- 7 days full livery £100.00 per week
5 days full livery with weekend turnout or in , feeding, rug change £90.00 per week

Barcus Close Livery Centre will be run and managed by Kath Yuille Regd. BHSAI, UKCC Level 11 Coach, Level 1 Centre Riding Instructor, Qualified Equine Behaviourist and completed level 1 Intelligent Horsemanship. Along with 25 years Business Management Experience. This yard will also be supported by equine experienced staff.

It has been Kath's life long ambition and passion to provide a first class livery yard after years of her own competition horses experiencing good and bad livery facilities and care. 'It is my aim to provide a service and facility where by the owners never need to worry about their horses welfare, and the horses are happy and content in their routine and environment.'
