We are a small family-run livery based in Cambridgeshire, Suffolk area CB8 (Kennett, Newmarket)

we offer many packages from DIY up to full retirement livery.

AVAILABILITY: 3 Spaces

**** Can accommodate ponies with restricted grazing, and looking into possibly starting a mini tracking system ****

DIY £150 PCM (includes water, electricity, and disposal of muck out)

Full Retirement £550 PCM (Full care, bedding, feed, farrier) we encourage visits when possible if unable due to distance we post pictures/videos on our Facebook page

Assisted DIY same as above however additional costs are £5 for mucking out £2.50 each time letting out or bringing in, and £4 for attending/handling for farrier/vet visits.

* Farrier on the yard every 6-8 weeks
* Riding instructor on-site weekly (£40 - 60 minutes session) Massage and Masterson's also available weekly.
* Every Friday hard feed/haylage delivery from Rands & Wilson, Medow hay £4.50 a bale delivered every couple of months. Sorry, NO straw only chipping to be used for bedding.

All horses are stabled at night time, turned out during the day, and have all year turn out (even in winter) Summer of around 13 hours and Winter of around 8 hours depending on the severity of the weather.

Access to a grass exercise, schooling, jumping paddock 50x40. Bridlepath is next door to us with nice hacking and within driving distance to many fun places for activities (forest rides, beach rides, clinics, etc)

Cross-tie outdoor wash-down area & large mountain block which can accommodate even a 20hh horse! lol

£250 deposit is required, the deposit is refundable provided no damage was acquired by the client's horse within its stay
