Common Farm Equestrian

We are an Equestrian facility based in Chester. We specialise in Livery, Sales and Training of horses and ponies.

The business is divided into 2 parts:
*Sales Livery and Schooling
*Livery boarding permanent and holiday

We are a close team running a super friendly yard to cater for every type; from the new novice owners to the amateur and professional riders alike.
The Yard owner Rebeca Cadfan-Lewis runs the general livery side whilst Laura Williams of LW Equestrian looks after clients for Sales, breaking and Schooling livery.

The livery business is on a full livery board basis which is built to suit individual needs generally with a minimum of 3 days full and part on other days. Everything is supplied (hay, bedding and feed* ), including a fully support package.
Working Livery and Loan management is also available with reduced livery costs.

While the main businesses are that as above , in addition we do also run Stable Management programmes and offer part loan share schemes. We accept all ages and provide a fully supported package and a learning based programme.
Horses welfare and training is the priority and while offering the above we are not a riding school, any rider must follow the horses training plan and be a suited match to forfil the horses training requirements. Should we not have the perfect match available, there are options to enrole on the stable management programme or our Sales team can help look to find one to buy.
Trainers are here onsite for private lessons and schooling sessions.
We have regular trips out to other Equestrian venues for competitions or pleasure rides, we are able to transport your horse as you need, everything under 1 roof.
