We are a Charitable Community Interest Company (CIC) who provide counselling and life coaching to those on benefits, free of charge. Our trained and certificated counsellors are registered with the CMA. and offer counselling on bereavement or separation, or life coaching to those stuck in a rut.
We can offer our free courses by counselling at your home (our counsellors are DBS checked), or you can book on one of our free retreats that are run at neutral venues throughout the year, which are either run as 'one to one' or in very small groups.
