Hi.I am a Personal Trainer & Nutrition Consultant operating in a fully equipped gym in Sheffield. I'm also a successful ex-competitive bodybuilder, and have worked in the industry for 43 years! I gained my B.Sc. when I was 24, which is displayed on the gym wall. My services include, but are not limited to bodybuilding, powerlifting, fitness, figure, physique and those who simply wish to get into better shape at the fastest possible speed. To date, I have helped 1000's of individuals achieve their ultimate condition, and have the records to show this.
I also offer teaching services to those studying for Personal Training courses and nutrition diplomas.
