For those interested in the ancient art of Yoga as a source of relaxation, I offer private or group lessons of Yoga.I hold a certificate by the spanish federation of Yoga, and I am specialist in the branch of astanga-yoga. However I can easily adapt to your needs, and train you in any discipline that requires to focus the energy in the body and closely tie it to the breath.

Lessons can be conducted in my closed garden or at the sports centre of Cambridge University, depending on availability and group size.

Since I am experienced, but still new in Cambridge I have really economic prices, ranging from 6-10 £/hour.
